There is an evil step mother, a prince charming and at one time her only friends are her animals. It is an inspiring tale of never losing hope in the face of darkness and despair.

Lived on a farm for 7 years where there were many animals. My personal experience while living there furnished me with many tales to be told. Michael Davenport was a normal person with normal sexual appetites until he met Marla, his first wife. Being young, and recently leaving the nunnery, Marla began to explore. After marrying Michael, her curiosity grew and, with Michael, she set out to satisfy them. After four years, they both went their separate ways.

Millicent Chekov is a doctor from the Ukraine, and she is living in New York. She and Michael meet and they become lovers, however, she is bothered by his possessiveness. Millicent is finally determined to teach him a hard lesson, but this comes only after she learns a couple of hard lessons of her own. They both play a game of revenge with each other, but they soon begin enjoying the different games, so much so that it borders on becoming an obsession.

Hal is an artistic photographer who specialized in nudes and porn, and he is a friend of Michael. There was a time he photographed and became involved with Marla. The question is will he do the same with Millicent. What kind of relationship will he develop with her?

While the scenes are explicit, the novel itself uses salty language to a minimum, using it only as it relates to certain characters and to certain situations.

Micah is a native New Yorker who spent some years doing theater. She now lives in Las Vegas where she spends her time working on her writing.

Mr. Hedges and His Wonderful Song

The FBI thinks Mr. Hedges has kidnapped Gerry. There’s even a reward for Gerry’s safe return. They are looking for him. But did Mr. Hedges really kidnap him?

Mr. Hedges and Gerry meet “the most beautiful girl in the world” – well, that is to Gerry’s twelve-year-old eyes. Mr. Hedges is in love with her, too. But who is she? She calls herself by a half-dozen different names; she makes herself into a different person for everybody she meets. And Gerry worries if she only wants the reward and turns them in to the cops?

But all through their journey, Mr. Hedges writes “the most wonderful song anybody ever heard.” But that doesn’t really that their troubles are over.

Joseph Somerset

Joseph Somerset was an executive in broadcast management for many years. He and his wife, an artist, live in Boston and in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He died last August 28, 2013. Sad to know though that he could no longer see his work, Mr. Hedges and His Wonderful Song.

5 Ways to Break Through a Creative Wall

Creative blocks are rarely baseless. Often, they stem from real issues that occupy a creator’s mind and drain his or her creative energy. While artists who create for fun can take a break when reality demands it, those in creative fields have no choice but to try to find a crack in the wall and tunnel through.

Like spinning tires in a ditch on a rainy day, getting out of a creative rut can be challenging, but there are ways to reclaim your creativity when life tries to run away with it.

Get green.

Getting in touch with nature is a time-honored way of channeling creativity, and a study by the University of Kansas, as reports the Huffington Post, backs up the nature-creativity connection. Even adding plants to your office space increases the creative flow. If you can’t take the time to recharge in the woods, get to the nursery and invest in a floral office companion.

Enjoy your own work.

It’s not egotistical to appreciate your own work. Those of us who create do so because we like our mediums. We paint, write or sew what we would like to see, read, or wear. When you’re blocked, there is no better work to study than your own. Your old ideas can lead to fresh ideas, and you’ll remind yourself you’ve completed works in the past.

Delve into your craft.

When you can’t pinpoint why you’ve hit the rut in your creativity, it may be because you’ve reached a boundary in your skill set. By working to increase your capabilities throughout your career, you expand your niche and have new directions when you feel one path blocked.

Free your mind.

It sounds counterproductive, but when you focus too hard on a problem, you may block yourself. Stress is an enemy of creativity. When you feel blocked, the worst thing you can do is stew on it, worry about what it means for your project, and how your inability to get your work done will impact your financial future.

Get up and do other things. Go for a bike ride, run an errand, or take that shower you’ve been putting off for days because you were in the zone. Let your mind wander. Often, it will come back to your project on its own.

Post a public deadline.

We may create out of love, but when we turn our art into careers, we know deadlines are part of the deal. A deadline gives us a timeframe, which means we have to get through that wall one way or another. It’s like the sports world’s equivalent of “playing through the pain”. It may not be your best work, but some projects just need to get done.

If just thinking about a deadline when you’re blocked makes you freeze up even more, consider this: according to the Harvard Business Review, there is good and bad pressure when it comes to creativity. Good pressure is created by an optimally challenging project – a project that is difficult, but that you have the skills to complete. If you work in a creative field, you have the skills to get through your block and get your project done on time. A deadline simply forces you to put them to use in a timely manner.

Be updated. There’s nothing worse than being in a crowd only to find out that you don’t belong, that you feel out-of-place. A bugging need to fit in always stands in the way. Same holds true for book marketing. You have to have a nose for what’s new and the eyes for what’s in.

One of the social media sites that have been making a buzz online is Pinterest. Since its launching three years ago, Pinterest has exploded with popularity. This site allows you to upload high-quality, design-focused pins. In fact, talking about media and publishing-related content shared on social networking sites, Pinterest ranks next to Facebook and Twitter.

Pinterest, therefore, is a great avenue for free book marketing to authors. It gives you the luxury to post and share photos, create a book cover design or make a pin board of images about your books and make it reach a wider niche of people.

On November 15, 2013, Pinterest announced the opening of its API to retailers who wish to embed pins directly on their websites. Aside from that, Pinterest also allows users to re-pin images and posts that they like from the company’s website thereby sharing it to an even larger crowd.

Logically, Pinterest is a wise choice of social media marketing. These days when more and more people tend to become visual learners, Pinterest is but a great deal since it attracts readers not only with its inspirational imagery and colourful photos but also with the layout and background one can choose to use.

There are a lot of avenues to expand your book’s readership, all you have to do is to explore and let your creativity come rolling in. Make sure that you convey your intentions clearly but with a touch of creativity thereby catching the best interests of your readers. Just be wise. Be innovative. Be updated.

For Kate who’s new in the valley, it was time to fix her head, so they made an appointment with the doctor. Though the results fascinated the doctor, these were not really that alarming.

On the other hand, Gabe has healed nicely after the beating administered by Professor Gilbert, while Gilbert spent time in prison after he recovered from his beating by Ravenwood. When the new DA charged Ravenwood with attempted murder, Ravenwood broke his jaw when he would not keep his hands off Kate.

Witness Ravenwood and Kate as they celebrate their wonderful wedding with Ravenwood playing the violin to surprise her. Kate also learns that she could calm the mares during the birthing process, just as she could calm the family.

Violeta Sterner was gainfully employed when she was 16 and remained so until 2010 when she was officially declared disabled. She has a Masters Certificate in Project Management, an AA in Liberal Arts, and a Tax Prep diploma from H&R Block. She is experienced with PCs and PC Packages.
